Real Estate Sales, Construction /Property Management & Development: Developing sustainable communities that incorporate modular homes, green spaces, and renewable energy solutions to create valuable, appreciating assets. 15% of corp profits will come from manufacturing, 85% will come from real estate development.  The following ten divisions will start out of profits and will quickly become profit centers.

3. Energy Production: Producing clean, renewable energy through solar, wind, and hydrogen systems to
power homes and factories.

4. Banking: Offering financing options for homeowners and real estate developers, as well as funding for
internal projects and community-based initiatives.

A Step-by-Step Process

  • Phase 1:  Expand real estate sales, construction services, and property management
  • Phase 2: Establish our manufacturing facility and begin producing sheds, garages and accessory dwelling units.
  • Phase 3:  Start manufacturing homes, multifamily, churches and small commercial
  • Phase 4: Establish or partner with trade school to create training program for skilled workers.
  • Phase 5: Establish steel frame manufacturing facility
  • Phase 6: Launch additional divisions like film production, bioscience, banking, and energy production.

Above is a logical progression, we should have all divisions up and running within 10 years.  Real Estate development will be the back bone that pushes us forward.


Our History:

Steve Schappert is the only person in the world to design a double wall, zero energy home, build it in upstate NY and ship it across the Atlantic to Germany.  Making Export a thing again in CT.

Steve Schappert increased the gas mileage of this 72″  Mustang by 58% by using water for fuel.
