  • Commercial Structures – Offices, retail, and custom commercial builds using BIOS modular systems.

2. Marketing

  • Film Studio: Producing content to raise awareness about sustainable living and BIOS Homes’ impact on communities and the environment.
  • The BIOS Ap: The BIOS Homes ap uses entertainment as a strategic tool to engage and educate customers, playing a crucial role in fostering growth across all divisions, including real estate sales, development, property management, and more.

3. Operations

  • Modular Home Manufacturing: AI powered, robotic factory creating energy-efficient, sustainable homes using eco-friendly materials like hemp-based products.  This division will begin as a brokerage representing buyer, developers and investors helping them source materials at the best price, terms and quality.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Managing logistics to ensure efficient transportation of materials and homes, utilizing green
    shipping practices to minimize carbon footprints.
  • CRM & Customer Management – Property tech systems powering agent productivity and user engagement.
