Finance Division
The BIOS Finance Division provides the strategic, operational, and reporting backbone for all 12 divisions. We are committed to transparent budgeting, rigorous financial planning, and long-term fiscal sustainability — ensuring BIOS grows responsibly from startup to $100 billion and beyond.
💼 Core Responsibilities
- Annual budgeting for each BIOS division
- Financial modeling for all growth phases, including factory buildout and ETHOS Fund expansion
- Tracking grant funding, ETHOS donations, and crowdfunding revenue
- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting for internal and partner use
- Cash flow management across divisions and capital reserves
- Integration of blockchain finance tracking (BIOS Coin + ETHOS Fund)
- Scenario planning for DAO treasury governance and multisig wallets
📊 Financial Planning & Reporting Framework
BIOS operates on a three-tiered financial model:
- Division-Level Budgets: Every department submits annual plans with cost controls, projected impact, and staffing requirements.
- Executive Forecasting: Leadership evaluates multi-year financial runway, capital stack, and grant/investment integration.
- Transparency Dashboard (Coming Soon): Public-facing data showing use of ETHOS funds, donor impact, and capital allocation.
🪙 ETHOS Fund + BIOS Coin Integration
Our finance team works closely with Legal & DAO governance to ensure that:
- ETHOS contributions are logged and traceable
- BIOS Coin distribution is auditable and utility-based
- Every modular home built with ETHOS funding includes transparent cost breakdowns
Financial data will be anchored in smart contract reporting and matched with off-chain accounting.
💡 Strategic Use of Funds by Phase
BIOS Finance is responsible for designing and managing the 5-phase capital strategy:
- Phase 1: $250K Crowdfund + Grant Alignment
- Phase 2: $5M Prototype Project + App Launch
- Phase 3: $100M Modular Factory
- Phase 4: $1B Ecosystem Buildout
- Phase 5: $100B ETHOS Platform
We monitor capital deployment and social ROI for each phase, keeping both private donors and public funders aligned with our vision.
📈 Reports, Audits & Forecasting
BIOS will implement third-party financial reviews, impact audits, and regular reporting for:
- Public-sector grants
- ETHOS donor transparency
- DAO voting proposals and treasury logic
- Factory performance tracking (once live)
Future dashboards will allow investors, donors, and community members to track real-world outcomes.
