Anthony Bonanzio serves as the Senior Financial Advisor to BIOS Homes and one of the chief architects of its global capital framework. His work is instrumental in aligning financial systems with BIOS’ mission to create affordable, sustainable, and scalable housing worldwide.

With extensive experience across lending, investment modeling, and syndication structuring, Anthony is tasked with developing the financial systems that power everything BIOS does—from factory funding and modular construction to real estate development and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the strategy for BIOS’ banking and lending concept
Developing innovative investment vehicles that support modular housing at scale
Structuring deals that provide value to builders, factories, investors, and end buyers
Working closely with upcoming financial leaders joining the BIOS team
Supporting brand visibility and investor trust through press, events, and strategic communication
